Returns of products at customer's expense

If the product you received does not satisfy you you can return it or exchange it. But to do so:

  • The product should not be used and should be in the same condition as originally received.
  • The packaging of the product must be original without being missing or damaged and should be sealed.
  • Keep all the documentation that came with the product, such as receipt or any other promotional material, marketing, etc., intact and in perfect condition.

In any case, you should return the products is seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the products based on the delivery documents.

You can choose to return your order with Speedex Courier at Cosmoptical charge and when credited your money will be deducted 5 € from the total amount.

All products upon return are checked in the Service Department for any signs of deterioration prior to any exchange or credit.

As long as all the above conditions are met, we will refund the value of the products to you within ten (10) days of receiving the products back in our store.

Your refund will depend on the payment method you have chosen. Therefore the amount will be refunded by depositing the amount within ten (10) days to a bank account that you will indicate us.

Returns of products Cosmoptical's expense

You have the right to return or exchange the product you received without any charge

  • if incorrect products were sent with proven fault on Cosmoptical (error in ordering, pricing, shipping)
  • or products of poor quality (defective product, shipping damage) were sold.

All products to be shipped are carefully checked and packaged. In case the order is damaged or damaged during delivery, do not accept the delivery and contact us.

Unacceptable returns

  • Products that are a special order upon customer's request.
  • Returns of Special Contact Lenses, Astigmatic and Presbyopian.
