Returns of products at customer's expense
- The product should not be used and should be in the same condition as originally received.
- The packaging of the product must be original without being missing or damaged and should be sealed.
- Keep all the documentation that came with the product, such as receipt or any other promotional material, marketing, etc., intact and in perfect condition.
You can choose to return your order with Speedex Courier at Cosmoptical charge and when credited your money will be deducted 5 € from the total amount.
Returns of products Cosmoptical's expense
- if incorrect products were sent with proven fault on Cosmoptical (error in ordering, pricing, shipping)
- or products of poor quality (defective product, shipping damage) were sold.
- Products that are a special order upon customer's request.
- Returns of Special Contact Lenses, Astigmatic and Presbyopian.
