Return of products with customer’s charge
Sometimes, things do not come as expected and this is something that we recognize and fully understand! Therefore, in case the product you received does not satisfy you or you have changed your mind, you may return it or replace it. The return can be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has not been used and it is at the same condition you received it.
- The product’s package is intact (no missing parts, damaged or destroyed) and the product remains sealed and non-used.
- All the accompanying documents, such as the receipt / invoice / consignment note or any other printed material (promotional, etc.) must be returned along with the product, at the same condition you received them.
In any case, the maximum time period (deadline) for products’ return or replacement is seven (7) calendar days, starting from the date you received them, based on the relevant delivery/receipt documentation.
There is the possibility to use Courier Center, Speedex Courier for your order’s return, with collector’s (Cosmoptical) charge. In this case, you pay nothing upon delivery of the package to the courier provider and the delivery cost of 5€ will be subtracted upon your order’s amount credit.

All the products, upon their return, are carefully checked by our competent department, for possible marks or damages, before any amount credit or product replacement.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to take care of the product’s safe packaging, in order to prevent any damages during its transfer.
In addition, please note that Cosmoptical is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the returning product(s), during its(their) transfer.
Since all the above-mentioned conditions concerning the returning procedures are fulfilled, you are credited with the corresponding amount within ten (10) days from the product’s delivery to our store.
The credit is taking place in accordance with your chosen payment method. The relevant amount will be credited either through bank transfer within ten (10) days to your bank account (for purchases through cash on delivery or bank deposit) or through credit of the card used upon the order submission.
Return of products with Cosmoptical’s charge
You have the right to return or replace a product, free of delivery charge, in case that:
- You have received wrong products, due to Cosmoptical’s proven error (concerning the order details, invoicing or dispatching)
- Products are of low quality (defective product).
All the products are checked in detail and carefully packaged before being dispatched. In case that upon delivery of your order, you realize that the package is either destroyed or violated, you are kindly requested NOT to accept its receipt and immediately contact us.
Non-accepted returns
- Returns of products specially ordered and/or manufactured upon customer’s request
- Returns of special contact lenses, astigmatic, presbyopic, as well as products specially ordered and/or manufactured.
